1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and accessories
- Free from signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Products returned after 30 days without prior approval
3. Free Return Shipping
LusoMarket provides free return shipping for eligible returns. Please contact our support team before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@lusomarket.space. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled but may be returned after delivery following this policy.
